The house is entered via the ground floor door entrance into a staricase which leads to each floor.

A central staircase runs up through the 4 floors of the house, with a “hotel-rooms” style shared corridor on each floor.

Each apartment/room has its own private entrance that leads off this corridor.

The apartments/ rooms are all studios (4 in total) that feature a spacious open-plan room with a double-bed, table and 2 chairs, kitchenette and en-suite shower room.

These apartments would suit couples or two friends looking to enjoy the convenience of being in Korcula Old Town centre with its bars and restaurants, whilst being within easy reach of the beaches and swimming spots.
